ESS & NES – IP & Domain name application form

凡本系教職員、學生以電腦/工作站使用本系新舊館網路，都必須填寫此表。如未登記，逕行設定IP使用而被查獲者，由系主任依情節嚴重程度，決定懲處方式。Staffs and students who want to have access to internet in the ESS department and the NES institute must fill this form to apply an IP. Anyone who use a non-registerd IP will be punished by the department or the institute.
