生物性實驗室及保存場所作業人員(含教職員工生) 生物安全及生物保全基本課程資訊如下，報名截止請依照環安衛E化管理系統公告為主，敬請轉知所屬，即日起開放報名至額滿或報名截止日止，名額有限請儘速完成報名：
1. 中文場次訓練資訊如下：請準時進場，課程開始15分鐘後禁止入場/簽到，考試成績達70分及格，不及格者請重新補訓。
a. 生物安全教育訓練：2026-01-26 PM13:30~PM17:30，行政大樓第一會議室R202
b. 生物保全教育訓練：2026-01-27 PM13:30~PM17:30，行政大樓第一會議室R202

2. English Education：All members, including research assistants, M.S., students, Ph.D. students, postdoctoral fellows of biological laboratory or storage facility shall attend at least eight hours of foundation courses on biosafety and biosecurity. Sign-in before 13:45pm. Members should get 70 to pass the tests after the trainings.

*  新進人員請先完成E化管理系統帳號註冊申請審核通過再進行報名
** 基於個人資料保護，請詳閱「個人資料蒐集告知同意書」確認同意後，進入系統建立個人資料；收到帳號審核通過通知信件後，請自行至環安中心環安衛E化管理系統(http://neshsys.ad.nthu.edu.tw/portal/manulogin)＞教育訓練＞實體報名管理Please sign in to the Environmental Protection and Occupational Safety and Health System. (http://neshsys.ad.nthu.edu.tw/portal/manulogin) When you get the notification letter, please log-in and complete the on-site course application.

3. 教育訓練後，請自行至環安中心環安衛E化管理系統＞單位與人員管理＞人員管理＞點選明細，查詢個人受訓資訊。
4. 因故未接受教育訓練、及未通過測驗及格（70分）之列管場所人員，不得進出列管實驗場所/保存場所及執行相關業務。
5. 未遵守規定者，得依傳染病防治法第六十九條處分(處新臺幣一萬元以上十五萬元以下罰鍰；必要時，並得限期令其改善，屆期未改善者，按次處罰之)，並由該實驗室自行承擔。

Those who leave early will be deemed not to have participated in the training.
Please log-in and complete the on-site course application before 5:00 pm on January 23, 2026.
Please login the "Environmental Safety and Health Electronic Management System"＞"Office and Personnel Management">check the 「明細」"detail" out yours score.
It’s obliged for everyone to complete the education and training courses before entering laboratories and start working, even if the person doesn’t run experiments.
The one who doesn’t complete the education and training courses might be fined by competent authorities, and the principal investigator of the laboratory will bear the full responsibility for his/her actions.
