因應疫情嚴峻，為減少群聚之風險，請於完成離校手續後至校務資訊系統[步驟四--畢業離校狀態確認]畫面下方選填領取證書方式，選項有
□1.日後至註冊組親取或由朋友親人親自代領
　請預約領取時間,並依預約時間到校領取,以避免人潮集中
□2.請郵寄證書及證書夾
　請郵寄回郵信封,依回郵信封寄送證書及證書夾
□3.代轉清華大學招生策略中心繳交證書
　已考取本校研究所者,可選擇代轉招生策略中心,證書夾可於日後到註冊組領取。

Dear present Bachelor's, Master's and doctoral graduates

Due to the pandemic severity, in order to reduce the gathering risk, please choose one way to collect your degree certificate at step 4 –Checklist in the Graduation Application Process on Academic Information Systems. There are three options:
□(1) Collect it from Division of Registration in person. (Please make anappointment first and come to the Division of Registration on time to avoid the gathering risk.)
□(2) Let Division of Registration post it for you (degree certificate & certificate cover) (Please prepare an envelope and postage.)
□(3) Let Division of Registration submit it to NTHU Global Affairs Office (This option is only for students who have been admitted as our new students after graduation. Regarding your certificate cover, you can collect it at the Division of Registration after the epidemic has subsided later. )
