武田良彥教授的背景及研究方向如下:
Dr. Takeda received a degree of Master of Science and Doctor of Engineering from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, in 1988 and 1994, respectively.
Dr. Takeda had worked for Advanced Thin Film Laboratory and Recording Media Laboratory, Teijin Limited, Tokyo, Japan, in 1988-1996, where he performed research and development on magneto-optical recording media and phase-change optical recording media. Dr. Takeda has researched on fabrication of nanoparticles and control of nanostructures with heavy ion beam techniques, and ultrafast optical response and optical nonlinearity of nanoparticle materials with femtosecond spectroscopy from 1996 in National Research Institute for Metals (NRIM), Tsukuba, Japan, (Since 2001 NRIM has merged with National Institute for Research in Inorganic Materials to form an Independent Administrative Institution, National institute for Material Science (NIMS)). Presently, he is a Group Leader of the Ion Beam Group in the Quantum Beam Unit at NIMS. Concurrently, Dr. Takeda has held the post of an Associate Professor (2004-2011) and a Professor (2011-present) in the doctoral program in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Tsukuba, Tsukuba, Japan. His current research interests include hybrid photonic materials of organic and inorganic nanomaterials, application of shape-controlled nanoparticles to photonic materials and medical fields, and application of surface modification of organic films to biomedical fields.
