Application for Department Transfer in Academic Year 2026

Ⅰ．Application Time: From 2026/05/12 to 2026/06/10

Ⅱ．Process：

    A．Please log in to the Academic Information Systems to fill in the application form and submit it via the E-FORM approval system.

    B．For undergraduate students: The application will be reviewed and approved by the Chair and the mentor of the student's original department. (for E-FORM. Instructions)  

    C．For graduate students: The application will be reviewed and approved by the Chair and the advising professor of the student's original department. (for E-FORM. Instructions) 

    D．About the required application packets to the intended department, please refer to the website. 

    E．Applications must be submitted via the e-form system by June 10, 2026. The submission time recorded in the system shall be regarded as the official application time. Supporting documents must be submitted to the offices of the intended departments/institutes/programs in accordance with their respective deadlines. Late applications will not be accepted.

NOTE:

  • 1． Students transferring from another institution under the University System of Taiwan alliance may not transfer to a different department, institute, division, or degree program at the University.
  • 2． If the enrollment guidelines or the applicable laws stipulate that after enrollment, students are not eligible to change their major, class, division, or degree program, such stipulations shall be applied. If a student is found after the fact to have changed their major, class, division, or degree program, their eligibility for the accepting major, class, division, or degree program will be revoked.
  • 3． The result will be released before the beginning of August on the website of the Division of Registration. Please note that other matters will be announced on the website of the Division of Registration.
