[清大環安中心]實驗場所環安衛線上教育訓練公告(Announcement of online education and training for laboratory personnel)

因應防疫期間，為避免密閉空間與近距離接觸，原實地環安衛相關教育訓練暫行以線上教育訓練替代，
In response to the epidemic prevention period, in order to avoid close contact with confined spaces, the training in the field were temporarily replaced by online training.

 

 

線上教育訓練正式啟用時間為109年4月11日(六)上午九時起，【截止時間另行公告】。
The official opening time of online training is from 9 a.m. on April 11, 2020 (Saturday), [the deadline will be announced separately]

啟用時間前皆為測試，請勿進行教育訓練，正式啟用前會全數清空資料不予保留。
Before opening online, it belongs to the testing phase. Please do not conduct training. All data will be cleared before the official launch and will not be retained.

訓練過程注意事項：

1.影片無法快轉，訓練過程會不定時跳出確認視窗，請於一分鐘內完成確認，超過一分鐘系統將自動登出，被登出後須重新開始訓練。
The video cannot be fast-forwarded. The confirmation window will pop up from time to time during the training process.
Please complete the confirmation within one minute. The system will automatically log out after more than one minute.
You must restart training after being logged out.

2.完成影片後，始可進行測驗，測驗及格分數為70分，不及格者可重新測驗(無須重看)，影片內容須再確認者，可重新觀看影片。
After completing the video, you can start the quiz. The passing score of the test is 70 points. Those who fail the test can re-test (no need to re-view).
If the content of the video needs to be confirmed again, you can watch the video again.

3.影片播放過程如需暫時離開，請記得點選暫停撥放，回來後使得恢復播放；因線上訓練有流量限制，故離開時間請勿超過30分鐘。
If you need to leave temporarily during the video playback process, please remember to pause the playback.
Because online training has limited traffic, please do not leave more than 30 minutes.

4.不慎關閉視窗或是未按確認視窗被登出者，需重新訓練，無法從中途繼續，影片無法快轉；
   訓練過程嚴禁瀏覽器開啟多視窗，請專心執行教育訓練，倘若因多視窗導致教育訓練失敗者，請重新訓練。
If you accidentally close the window or log out without pressing the confirmation window,
you need to retrain, you cannot continue from the middle, and the video cannot be fast-forwarded.
During the training process, it is strictly forbidden for the browser to open multiple windows.
Please concentrate on the education and training. If the education and training fails due to multiple windows, please retrain.

5.訓練過程中，點選新課程且開始訓練，會使原訓練科目失效，請勿嘗試。

During the training process, clicking on the new course and starting training will invalidate the original training subject. Please do not try it.

6.測驗分數將紀錄於線上教育訓練系統中，並作為正式成績。
Test scores will be recorded in the online training system and will be used as official scores.
